Your consultation is a relaxed, one-to-one appointment with Dr Chi to discuss your skin concerns, goals and medical history. Your skin will be assessed, and you'll receive honest, personalised recommendations tailored to your needs. If treatment is suitable and you decide to go ahead, your £50 consultation fee is fully redeemable against your treatment
No. Your consultation is an opportunity to ask questions, understand your options and receive expert advice. There is no obligation to proceed with treatment. If you choose to book treatment, your £50 consultation fee will be deducted from the cost of your treatment.
Never. At Restore Skin Clinic, our philosophy is "Restoration, not Alteration." Dr. Chi specialises in subtle, natural results that enhance your existing features. We aim for a "refreshed and well-rested" look where people notice your glow, not the procedure.
Your comfort is our priority. We use premium medical-grade products containing built-in anaesthetic where possible, and we can apply high-strength numbing cream for sensitive areas. Most patients describe the sensation as a "light pinch" or "slight pressure."
Most of our treatments—like Profhilo or Anti-Wrinkle—are "lunchtime procedures" with minimal downtime. You may have slight redness or tiny "insect bite" bumps at the injection sites, but these typically settle within a few hours.
